So, another late night working session for me and, would you believe it after the decent weather we’ve had lately, it’s pouring down. And that pretty nicely leads me to the kind of conditions we had for Debbie & Kevin’s pre-wedding shoot a few weeks ago, as it was raining that day as well. Oh well, needs must – we can’t always pick and choose the weather conditions that we have in the UK but just “dry” would be nice. Personally, it doesn’t bother me if I end up looking like a drowned rat at the end of the session but, then again, I’m not the one having my photo taken. Thankfully, Linlithgow Palace and the surrounding areas do offer some form of cover from the elements so on we go.
The guys are getting married very shorty up at Solsgirth House where I’ve shot a few weddings before – beautiful venue so naturally I’m, really looking forward to creating some great images come the day. But, today, pre-wedding shoot it is and Linlithgow is certainly a familiar venue for me – lost count of the number of shoots I’ve done around here. But, there’s a good reason for that, it’s a fantastic place to shoot with many many different locations to choose from as hopefully you can see from the images below.
