As far as wedding photography goes, June was a fairly quiet month for me, with only four fabulous weddings to shoot in what is traditionally one of the busier months of the year…guess that’s just the way it goes sometimes! I guess it did at least prepare me for the “full throttle” that was July…and more about that in later posts :-).
It’s strange that, being so close to The Three Kings, I’d only ever shot a couple of weddings there in all the years I’ve been in business, and a cracking venue it is too…always a fabulous time is had by all, and that was certainly no different for Naomi & Mike’s big day.
As usual, my day kicked off with a few bridal prep shots at the house, but then it was off to the venue for the rest of the day and, I know I’ve probably said this before, but wedding days do always seem that little bit more relaxed to me when both the ceremony and the reception are held in the same place, with no shuttling to and fro from a church being involved, and again, that was definitely the case here…fabulous day, great couple, fantastic crowd!
